  • Maintenance Technician (Hiring)

    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience)

    Location: Lehigh Valley, PA

    Employment Type: Part-Time/Seasonal with potential for year-round work


    Job Summary


    Masters Property Care LLC is seeking a reliable and hard-working Maintenance Technician to assist with lawn maintenance during the spring, summer, and fall seasons, and snow removal during the winter. This role includes mowing, trimming, blowing, cleanups, and general property care, with optional additional hours available for landscaping projects. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities are available as the company continues to grow.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform routine lawn maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and debris cleanup
    • Assist with seasonal services such as leaf cleanups, aeration, overseeding, and landscape bed maintenance
    • Operate and maintain equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and basic landscaping tools
    • Assist with landscaping projects if desired (mulching, shrub trimming, small installations, etc.)
    • Perform winter services: snow shoveling, sidewalk clearing, salting, and support plowing routes
    • Ensure properties are maintained to company quality standards
    • Follow safety procedures and operate all equipment responsibly
    • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
    • Report equipment issues, property damages, or hazards immediately

    Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed (especially for snow events)
    • Prior landscaping or snow removal experience is a plus but not required
    • Valid PA driver’s license preferred

    Pay: $17–$24 per hour (based on experience)

    Masters Property Care LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Technician to support landscaping projects throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons, with optional winter work available through snow removal operations. This role focuses on landscape installations, mulch jobs, shrub trimming, bed cleanups, small plantings, and general property enhancement. Ideal candidates have attention to detail, take pride in quality workmanship, and are comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.     Key Responsibilities

    • Perform landscape installations and enhancements: mulching, edging, plantings, and bed cleanups
    • Trim shrubs, hedges, and small ornamental trees
    • Assist with property maintenance tasks as needed (mowing, trimming, blowing)
    • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment including trimmers, blowers, edgers, and wheelbarrows
    • Assist with small hardscape prep tasks (weed barrier, leveling soil, etc.)
    • Optional winter duties: snow shoveling, sidewalk clearing, salting, and support for plowing operations
    • Uphold company quality standards and maintain clean, professional work areas
    • Communicate clearly with team members and leads
    • Identify and report equipment issues, hazards, or property concerns promptly

    Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs, move materials, and perform physical labor outdoors
    • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
    • Prior landscaping experience strongly preferred
    • Valid PA driver’s license preferred

    Pay: $20–$28 per hour (based on experience)

    Job Summary


    Masters Property Care LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Lead Technician to oversee day-to-day job operations, communicate directly with customers, and delegate tasks to team members. This position requires strong leadership ability, solid knowledge of lawn care and landscaping practices, and the professionalism to represent the company on-site. The Lead Technician will ensure high-quality work, maintain efficiency, and help train newer team members. Growth into higher leadership roles is available as the company expands.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and supervise crew members during lawn maintenance and landscaping projects
    • Communicate professionally with customers regarding services, job progress, and any concerns
    • Delegate daily tasks to ensure efficiency and quality
    • Perform lawn maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and cleanup
    • Handle landscape tasks: mulching, shrub trimming, bed maintenance, small plantings, and seasonal cleanups
    • Assist with planning and organizing job routes, materials, and equipment
    • Operate and maintain commercial equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and trailers
    • Optional winter duties: oversee snow operations, shovel crews, salting, and support plowing routes
    • Ensure jobs meet company quality standards and are completed safely
    • Identify improvement opportunities, hazards, or equipment issues and report promptly
    • Train and mentor less experienced team members

    Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Valid PA driver’s license (required)
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in all weather
    • Strong communication skills and professional customer interaction
    • Ability to lead, organize, and delegate tasks effectively
    • Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
    • Prior experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or crew leadership strongly preferred
    • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends during peak seasons
    • Trailer-towing experience preferred but not required
